A little background ...

At the June 9, 1996 dmapub administration meeting I happened to have my camcorder with me, so I shot some pictures of those who attended the meeting. Ken Phelps lent me his Snappy, which I used to digitize a few frames. Considering that the video was shot in existing room light, the pictures are fairly good, except for Ed - he was hiding in the corner and the light was too dim to get a very good picture.

Update 7/02/96

I have gotten a little more experience with the Snappy during the past few days and discovered that I could get better image quality, so I have replaced the original images with some improved ones. They're still not great, but definitely better than before. There are limits to how much improvement can be made to an inadequately illuminated picture. :-(
